Lessons From Duke “Rape” Case

Michelle Malkin has a post of the latest in this farcical matter. La Shawn Barber has been all over this story.
There are several important lessons that can be learned from the unjust treatment that the Duke LaCrosse players have received.
- Liberals will always presume that whites accused of crimes against blacks are guilty until proven innocent.
- Elite college professors and administrators will act against those perceived as racists (or “homophobic”, anti-women, etc.) before facts are determined.
- The main stream media will readily and persistently malign whites accused of malice toward minorities and if exonerated, will not further consider malice of those making the accusations.
- Even if accusations are proven false, liberals will insist that racism (or “homophobia” or take your pick similar liberal labels) is still a factor in the events surrounding the “crime.”
Watch for the MSM to drop this matter from the radar now that no charges are forthcoming.
